Dr Robin Choong on taking care of yourself as a healthcare professional, and "how to be a badass every day."

Speaker biography:
Robin is an Intensive Care Specialist based in Sydney. He has been associated with APLS Australia since its inception in 1997. Robin is a MBBS graduate of the University of Sydney (1983). He is a Fellow of the RACP (1990) and CICM (2010). Robin has appointments at the Children’s Hospital Westmead, Westmead Hospital, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, Sydney Adventist Hospital and is Director of Intensive Care at Westmead Private Hospital. He has served as Supervisor of Training and has a lifelong interest in high performance, doctor well-being and health.
